Weekly Pool Servicing Visit
WEEKLY SERVICE VISIT INCLUDES:

Check and clean debris from skimmers and pool cleaning system.

Brush pool steps, benches, and watermark tile.

Analyze and adjust pool water chemistry (pH, alkalinity, chlorine).

Check and adjust automatic chemical feeders.
-
Backwash filter as required. (D.E. INCLUDED).

Brush and clean debris from connected spa if applicable.

Perform system check; i.e. lights, heater, blower, controls.

Average Service Time - 30 min.

Bi-Weekly Pool Servicing Visit
BI-WEEKLY SERVICE VISIT INCLUDES:

Check and clean debris from skimmers and pool cleaning system.

Opening / Closing Service
​
SPRING OPENING SERVICES
-
Remove pool cover and leave on pool decking.
-
Place pool circulation, filtration and heater in use, in “as is” condition.
-
Remove winterization plugs and install Owner's fittings.
-
Reassemble and install pool deck equipment, i.e. ladder, Handrails, etc... Minus all Boards/Platforms.

Add initial shock and sanitizer to pool water.
-
45 min Initial Opening Visit Included

WINTER CLOSING SERVICES
-
Disassemble and store all pool deck equipment on pool decking.
-
Lower water level to proper winterization levels.
-
Drain and winterize circulation, filtration and heating system.
-
Remove pool fittings and void pool plumbing of static water with compressed air and plug.
-
Install Owner's cover on their pool.
-
Introduce appropriate winter balancing chemicals.
-
45 min Initial Closing Visit Included
